About Me

Ghalia is a Corporate Wellbeing Consultant & Wellness Consultant  by day and a certified passionate yoga instructor, breathwork & 5 elements Ecstatic Dance Facilitator, sound practitioner by night with more than 600 hours of studying and more than 1300 hours of teaching. Ghalia found her path in yoga in India eight years ago and have experienced major positive transformation on every single level ever since. With Ghalia’s experience as a Strategist and Corporate  Wellbeing Consultant in one of the Big Four consulting companies, Ghalia designs holistic wellbeing experiences to employees & leadership, as ways to incorporate wellbeing in daily lives for better performance. Ghalis designed and delivered more than 50 yoga retreats around Saudi Arabia most breath-taking nature sceneries and hosted more than 1000 participants throughout her experience. Ghalia’s rich experience in wellness festivals and wide connections in the wellness world locally and internationally - such as Soundscapes Festival in Bahrain and Five Senses Sanctuary in AlUla- allows her to be one of the top wellness curators locally, regionally, & internationally.
